Aruba Hotels and Resorts, Large and Small
Most of Aruba's hotels and resorts are all located along the southwestern shore of the island, along a stretch of white sandy beaches known as Palm and Eagle, all 15-20 minutes from the airport. The low-rise resorts are clustered around the Eagle Beach area and the high-rise hotels and chain properties, many with their own casinos, are clustered together along Palm Beach.

Timeshare Resorts also rent suites to visitors and can be found in both locations. With the advantage of
featuring fully equipped kitchens, timeshare resorts can be a
favorable option for large families or groups.
You can also choose to stay in a high rise resort in downtown Oranjestad, near shopping, dining and the only multi-screen movie theater on the island. Aruba hotels are constantly renovating and improving, leaving guests with occasional construction noise but consistently refreshed rooms and facilities.
Aruba also has a number of small, locally owned and operated hotels which can be an economical choice for those on a strict budget.
